Nettie Mae Naquin

December 5, 1936 ~ March 5, 2021 (age 84)


Melville- A Funeral Service will be held for Nettie Mae Naquin on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the First Pentecostal Church in Melville. Reverend Sam Ham will conduct the service. Rite of Committal will follow at First Pentecostal Cemetery in Melville. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 7, 2021, in the Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Nettie entered into eternal rest surrender by her family on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the age of 84, at her home in Melville. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

Nettie was an active member of the First Pentecostal Church of Melville, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and Mae Mae. Her family was her life, she gained her reward surrounded by adoring family and friends.

Nettie is survived by husband, Jeremiah (Dolly) Joel Naquin of Melville, sons, Jerry (CoCo) Naquin wife, Brenda of St. Francisville, La, and Ricky Naquin wife, Sharon of Oscar, LA., brothers, Pervice Duvall and Virgil Duvall, Jr. both of Melville, sisters, Linda Fletcher and Geneva Phillips both of Melville, three grandchildren, Amanda White husband, Richard of Zachary, LA., Jerith Naquin wife, Hilary of St. Francisville, LA, and Dillion Naquin wife, Madeline of Glynn, LA., seven great grandchildren, Blaire and Judson White, Jarren and Maya Naquin, Valerie, Vivian and Vada Naquin.

Nettie is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ruby Duvall, brothers, Cecil and Clyde Duvall.

Pallbearers will be, Phillip Naquin, Jerith Naquin, Dillion Naquin, Richard White, Brad Fletcher, and Stefan Ryder.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jarren Naquin and Judson White.
