Opelousas- Funeral Service will be held for Jenny Schwartzenburg Ledoux at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2019 in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the St. Landry Cemetery.

Jenny age 71, a resident of Opelousas, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2019, with a rosary at 11:30 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.

She is survived by her loving husband, Leonard Ledoux of Opelousas, son, Jan Ledoux and his wife, Janet of Prairie Ronde, daughter, Mary Lee Kayce of Austin, TX., brother, Carl Schwartzenburg and wife, Pat of Opelousas, sisters, Becky Tucker and her husband, Danny of Lewisburg, Pasty Bullara and her husband, Jimmy of Opelousas, Peggy Bambrick of Washington, grandchildren, Jayde Ledoux and his wife, Brittany, Yasmin Kayce, and Sara Kayce and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Sis Schwartzenburg, brother, Donald Schwarzenberg and his wife, Kathleen, sister, Connie Benoit, and grandchild, Justin Ledoux.
