Diane Wyble

PORT BARRE- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Diane Ryder Wyble at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Port Barre.  Visitation will be held Monday, November 4, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre.  A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will reopen at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday until the time of service.  Father Clint Trahan will celebrate the mass.  Rite of Committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre.

All who knew her, knew she was famous for her cooking. She loved to entertain and always strived to make everyone feel at home. She was a one of a kind MiMi to her 4 grandchildren, and made each of them feel that they were her favorite. Although she may never have officially worn the uniform, she was a true LSU  Golden Girl at heart. Geaux Tigers!

Diane is loved and will be forever cherished by her husband Dale Wyble of Port Barre; daughters, Allison Wyble and Abby Wyble Guidroz and husband Lance of Port Barre; grandchildren, Hayes Guidroz, Ella Rose Wyble, Sadie Guidroz, and Emma Wyble; mother, Gerry Ryder; brothers Ronnie Ryder and wife Linda, Jeff Ryder and wife Susan; sisters, Becky Guidry and husband Russell, and Lynne Tate and husband Gary; along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her son, Gantt Wade Wyble, and father, Ivan “Buck” Ryder.

Pallbearers are Lance Guidroz, Russel Guidry, April Guidry, Jamie Ryder, Matthew Ryder and Marcus Wyble.

Our family would like to thank her hospice nurse, Jessica, and the Heart of Hospice staff, as well as her personal care team at MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center.  We would also like to thank all of her friends and family for their love, prayers, and support throughout her battle with breast cancer, and through this difficult time.
