Brad Baham

August 29, 1962 — November 4, 2020

PORT BARRE - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Brad Baham announces his passing on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the age of 58. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Barre. Rite of committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Fr. Clint Trahan will officiate the services

Brad will be remembered for his kind and compassionate spirit and willingness to help others. He was a dedicated employee of 24 years for Lafayette Alarms in Lafayette, LA. Brad enjoyed watching football and cheering on the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

Brad will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 29 years, Debbie Jennings Baham; daughters, Brittany Baham Gerace and husband, Laine and Kaitlyn Baham Stevens and husband, Dylan; stepson, Brad Nolan; brother, David Baham; sister, Annette Wilson and husband, Dewey; brother-in-law, Ralph Jennings, Jr.; grandchildren, Cohen and Emma Gerace and Brooklynn Stevens; step-grandchildren, Davonte Gloston, Ethan and Arianna Nolan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He now rests with his parents, William Baham, Sr. and Iona Miller Baham; brother, Billy Baham; grandson, William Gerace; stepdaughter, Kristy Nolan; father and mother-in-law, Ralph Jennings, Sr. and Velma Jennings; and sister-in-law, Connie Baham.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre. The rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday evening. Visitation will resume on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Laine Gerace, Dylan Stevens, David Baham, Shane Pappas, Ralph Jennings, Jr. and Henry Dartez. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons Cohen Gerace, Ethan Nolan and Davonte Gloston.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Amer Raza M.D. and Dr. Stacey Mayeaux for the care and compassion shown to Brad and his family in their time of need.
