Port Barre-A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Winnie LeJeune Aguillard, on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in the St. Anthony’s Church in Eunice, La. Fr. Hampton Davis will officiate the Mass. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum.Winnie, age 92, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026. She was surrounded by her family at her home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 8:00 am until 1:00pm in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre.Winnie and her family were the owner/operator of Aguillard’s gas station in Port Barre for many years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

She is survived by eight children and their spouses, Johnny and Julie, Keith and Carol, Ricky and Angie, Vickie Aucoin, Faye and Gary Thibodeaux, Gilman Jr., Darren and Cathy, and Brent; eleven grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and two great -great grandchildren, brothers, Glenn LeJeune of Livonia, Curtis LeJeune of New Iberia, Louvy LeJeune of San Antonio, Texas, Virgil LeJeune of Winnsboro, sister, Gurseline Roger of Convington, Neva Meche of Broussard, Edolia Spinner of Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gilman H. Aguillard, her parents, Aldouse and Armalene Belleau LeJeune, one baby boy, two grandsons, one granddaughter, and numerous brothers and sisters.
