Opelousas– A Funeral Service will be held for Mrs. Victoria “Vicky” Miller on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas. Pastor Bud Plake of Crossroads Church will conduct the service. A private interment will take place at a later time in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Lafayette.

Vicky, age 66, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 8, 2023, in the comfort of her own home with her husband.

Vicky enjoyed sewing and creating patterns, she was also a published seamstress and known for her works of art. She was a strong believer in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and she dedicated her time to bible study and journaling. Vicky also enjoyed cooking up a good meal with her husband and sharing in fellowship with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

Vicky is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Miller; son, Gary “Bucky” Lee and wife, Toni ; her husband’s children, Stacy Miller and wife, Suzanne, Trudi Broussard and husband, Mike, Kristie Fontenot and husband, Jimmy, Brandi Dykes and husband, Matthew, and Chelsea Miller; her grandchildren, Brandi Lee, Mikey Lee, Brennon Lee, Gray McCarter; her husband’s grandchildren, Blaire & Blake Broussard, Callie & Abby Miller, and Madeleine & Olivia Dykes; mother, Jacqueline Forman; sister, Renee Weber.

Vicky is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Wayne Coston.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
