Vera Badeaux

Port Barre Funeral services for Mrs. Vera Lynn Boles Badeaux,72, will be held at 11: 00 AM on Monday, September 3, 2007, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Port Barre, followed by interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Brother's Bobby Gradney and Joe Russo will officiate the services.

Mrs. Badeaux, a native of Sicily Island, LA and resident of Port Barre, died at 3:22 a.m. on Friday, August 31, 2007 at Doctor's Hospital of Opelousas.

Mrs. Vera was a graduate of Baker High School in Baker, La. She also worked at Planters and American Banks in Opelousas, La and later was an employee of the Workforce Investment Board as an Accounting Supervisor.

Survivors include her husband, Louis Nolan Badeaux of Port Barre;son, Jamie Badeaux and wife Shelia of Leonville,La. Grandchildren, Derek Sonnier, Krista Sonnier and Chelsea Badeaux. Vera was preceded in death by her parents, James and Edna Mae Morace Boles, Daughter, Brenda Sonnier.

Visiting hours will be observed on Sunday, September 2, 2007, from 9:00a.m. until service time in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre, La.
