Cecilia - A Private Memorial Service for Veavil “Mom Vee” Guidry will be held at a later date.

Mom Vee, age 91, a resident of Arnaudville, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home in Arnaudville.

Mom Vee enjoyed playing bingo and pokeno; and taking trips to the casino. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters, Kitty Stelly and husband, Bobby of Arnaudville and Karen Peltier of Parks; 4 grandchildren, Logan Stelly, Ryan Peltier, Courtney Lasseigne and Gesette Pourciaux; and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George “Joe” Guidry; daughter, Phyllis Dupuis; brother, J.C. Latiolais; sister, Mary Bonin; parents, Clebert and Cecilia H. Latiolais; and son-in-law, Daniel Peltier.
