Susan was born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Opelousas, LA. Susan was 69 years old. She died peacefully in her home on May 9, 2024 from a long and hard battle with cancer.
Susans greatest accomplishment was her family. She married her high school sweetheart on March 10, 1973. She especially loved her role as Nanna! Susan was very compassionate and would always make everyone around her feel loved. Her phone calls were the best! She would talk to you about everything and knew exactly what to say. If you were close to her, she was Nanna to you. Susan was a fighter most of all. She fought a hard battle against cancer for almost 10 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents Callie Hawthorne and William (Bill) Gregg. Her father-in-law Robert Bihm. Her nephew Christian Gregg. Her sister-in-law Cheryl Bihm. Her brother-in-law Jimmy Myers.
Pallbearers would be Steven Bihm, Michael Bihm, Gage Bihm, Richard Gregg, Nick Mire, Chris Leblanc. Honorary pallbearers will be Zach Gregg and Jeremy Myers.
