Randall, a devoted family man and esteemed Inspector on the Railroad, passed away peacefully at his home on April 23, 2026. Born on December 30, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky, Randall lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and unwavering love for those around him.
Throughout his career as an Inspector on the Railroad, Randall distinguished himself through his commitment to excellence and integrity, earning the respect of colleagues and community alike. Yet, it was his nature as a very loving person that truly defined him, leaving an indelible mark on family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Randall's enduring legacy is reflected most profoundly in the cherished relationships he nurtured over the years. He shared a loving marriage of 37 years with his wife, Bridget Klasel Luker of Opelousas, whose companionship and support were a cornerstone of his life. Together, they raised a devoted family, including sons Joseph Luker and John Luker, both residing in Spring, Texas; daughters Bonnie Arkle of Deatsville, Alabama, and Julia Luker of Tomball, Texas, his brothers Richard Davis, Robert Luker, Jr., Russell Luker, and Kevin Luker, all of Baton Rouge, and his sister Elaine Daniels, also of Baton Rouge. Randall was a proud grandfather to 11 grandchildren, also a host of nieces and nephews who brought immense joy to his later years and will carry forward his memory in their lives.
Randall was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Robert and Bonnie Luker, whose values and spirit shaped the man he became, as well as his brother Thomas Davis, whose memory he honored throughout his life.
His passing is deeply mourned by his family and friends, who remember him as a source of unwavering love, strength, and kindness. His life stands as a testament to the power of dedication both at work and at home, and he will be remembered with profound respect and affection by all who knew him.
