Opelousas -A Funeral Service for Patricia Sittig will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at Sibille Funeral Chapel in Opelousas. Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Chad Bolfa will conduct the Funeral Service.
Patricia was a native of Morgan City and resident of Krotz Springs. She passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015, at Opelousas General Health System at the age of 65. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo and Pokeno. She loved her animals and family very much. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed.
Survivors include one son, Arthur Sittig, Sr. of Lake Charles; daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Deville and husband Johnny of Lake Charles, Danna Sittig of Singer; sisters, Deanna Pugh of Lake Charles, Melinda Hemsell of Youngsville; twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolton Sittig, Jr.; parents, Batron and Florence Elizabeth Giroir Lacoste; son, Nolton Sittig III; brother, Bertrand Lacoste; sister, Virginia Racca.

The visitation will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. On Sunday, visitation will continue from 8:00 a.m. until time of Service at 2:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.
