Opelousas Funeral services for Mrs. Ora Belle Prather Moreau, 82, were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Opelousas. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington, LA.

Mrs. Moreau, a resident of Opelousas, died on Monday, October 16, 2006, at Maison Deville Nursing Home in Opelousas.

Survivors include: one son, Benjamin Robert Moreau and wife, Cora Carmello Moreau, both of Opelousas; and one sister, Jewel Hornsby of Washington, LA.

Mrs. Moreau was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Adam Moreau; and her parents: Robert and Cedalise Devillier Prather.

Visiting hours were observed from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas.
