He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

 Troy is survived by father, Charles Ray Moran of Waxia, mother, Betty Ann Broussard of Port Barre, daughter, Michelle Moran of Port Barre, stepdaughter, Ashley Richard of Cankton, brothers, Ryan Broussard of Mandeville and Eddie Broussard of Port Barre, grandchildren, Makenly, Noah, Kehlani, Zylon, Ayden, Ethan Emma and Elliahna.
