Lucy Broussard

Lucy, age 72 passed away on Thrusday, October 27, 2022, at the Calcultta House in Lafayette, LA.

Lucy is survived by her sons, Shane Evan Broussard and his companion Cherisse Savoy of Lafayette, LA, Nickey Broussard of Carencro, LA , and one granddaughter Taydm Broussard of Carencro, LA.. nephews Benjamin Fontenot of Carencro, LA, and Greg Menard (Tina) of Sunset, La. and one niece Karrie Menard of Henderson, La.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul Evans Stelly and the former Mary Marie Stelly, and stepfather Murry Fontenot. One sister Rita Fontenot, nieces Paula Fontenot and Katie Fontenot. and a nephew Billy Menard.

The Broussard family would like to extend a special thank you to all the wonderful nurses at Hospice of Acadiana as well as Ms. Lucy's longtime friend Telsie Jagneaux.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29,2022, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Coteau.
