Lilly went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 8, 2018. She was surrounded by her family at her residence in Opelousas. She was an avid gardener, nurturing her flower beds of lilies and irises, of which she loved to share with others. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren lovingly referred to her as "MeMe".
