Lena, age 73, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at her residence in Church Point, surrounded by her loving family.
Lena is survived by her sisters, Gail Briley, Elaine Hanks Tweedel, Jill Hanks Barnett, Diane Hanks Tweedel and her husband Jimi, and Connie Hanks Mark and her husband Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lena is preceded in death by her parents, Freddie & Lezie Hanks; and brother, Gervais Joseph Hanks.
Lena enjoyed doing arts & crafts and planting flowers. She also enjoyed bird watching.
A private service will be held by the family.
