Kyle Savoy

Port Barre- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for, Kyle Matthew Savoy, on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Barre. Fr. Clint Trahan will celebrate the Mass. Rite of Committal will follow in the church mausoleum.

Kyle, age 28, a resident of Port Barre passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Kyle loved being with his family and friends, coaching baseball, drawing and playing with his two children, Kaiden and Sophia. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by mother, Sisley Savoy, grandparents, Gil, Jr. and Camella Savoy, step-son, Kaiden Stevens, daughter, Sophia Savoy, mother of his daughter and companion, Victoria Smith all of Port Barre, his nanny, Jill Murphy and husband Johnathan, his cousins, Sydney and Kylie. His best friends from childhood, Garrett Gauthier and Kristen Desormeaux and a host of aunt, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his, maternal great grandparents, Gil Sr. and Ruth Savoy, Camille and Theresa Graffagnino, his twin brother baby Savoy.

The family requests visitation be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. with a all night wake in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre. The rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Friday evening.

Pallbearers will be Gil Savoy, Jr. Jonathan Murphy, Billy Marks, Edward Hutchins, Garrett Gauthier, Cody Smith, honorary pallbearers, will be Kaiden Stevens, Jeremiah Lacombe.
