Opelousas- Graveside services will be held for Karlene Richard at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Bellevue Memorial Park.

Karlene Richard, age 68, passed away on September 12, 2026, at her residence in Sunset, Louisiana. She will be remembered with respect and affection by those who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Dustin Patrick Wyble; brothers, Rickey Richard and his wife Kay of Opelousas, and Gary Lee Richard of Prairie Ronde; sister, Kathleen Richard Manuel and her husband Kenneth of Opelousas; and her Godchildren, Katie Denise Manuel and Jennifer Lynn Kennedy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Thelma Richard and brother, Matthew Gene Richard.
