John John Ed Mistrot

Opelousas- Memorial Funeral services for Mr. John E. Mistrot, known to many as John Ed, age 51, will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.

Father Angelo Cremaldi will officiate the services.

Mr. Mistrot was a resident of Opelousas and passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2009, at the Opelousas General Health System. He was employed with Jay's Pest Control.

Survivors include two daughters: Jaime Lynn Mistrot and fiance, Matthew Adams; and Christina Marie Mistrot, all of Opelousas; and four grandchildren: Owen Ozenne, Hayden Ozenne, Landyn Adams, and Brooke Fontenot, all of Opelousas.

He was preceded in death by his parents: H. B. Mistrot and Nelwyn Hebert Mistrot.

Family gathering will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.

A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. in the funeral home on Wednesday evening.
