Port Barre - A Mass of Christian Burial for John Seth Barron will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020, in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Fr. Clint Trahan will officiate the Mass. Rite of committal will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Seth, age 38, a resident of Port Barre, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 10, 2020. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his companion, Kaye Vidrine, parents, Joseph (Tiki) A. and Diana Calais Barron of Port Barre, sons, Jace, Drake and Tommie Barron all of Church Point, daughter, Kaylyn Barron of Church Point, brothers, Michael Barron of Port Barre, Kevin Barron and wife Melody of Leonville, and Christopher Barron and wife, Monica of College Station Texas, paternal grandmother, Rita Olivier.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Tracy Ann Barron and Mary Holly Barron, paternal grandparent, Allen Barron, maternal grandparents, Gussie and Wilma Calais, uncle, Jackie Calais, nephew, Aaron Barron.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. untill 10:00 pm. and will resume on Saturday, December 12, 2020, 8:00 a.m. until time of service in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre. The rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pallbearers will be, Michael Barron, Kevin Barron, Christopher Barron, Jace Barron, Trent Barron, and Colby Barron.

Honorary pallbearers will be Drake and Tommie Barron.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the family.
