Elsie Aymond

Port Barre A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, for Mrs. Elsie Duplechin Aymond. Rite of Committal and interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre.

Elsie was a longtime resident of Port Barre. She died on Sunday, August 31, 2014, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home in Arnaudville at the age of 86.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home of Port Barre on Monday, September 1, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. On Tuesday, visitation will continue from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

A Rosary service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday evening in the funeral home.
