Opelousas- Clifton “Brother” Veillon, Jr, passed away on September 21, 2026, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home in Arnaudville, La.

He is survived by his daughter, Raven Veillon-Skrmetti and her husband, Thomas of Lafayette, La. grandchildren, Lilith and Owen Skrmetti. sisters, Mary “Peanut” Elder (Frankie) of Washington, Cindy Bealer (Jim) of Lafayette, and Linda Bertrand of Opelousas.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clifton and Theresa Veillon, sister, June Faul.
