Brock Anthony Hebert

Opelousas – A Celebration of Life for Brock Anthony Hebert will be announced at a later date.

Brock, age 28, a resident of Opelousas, entered into eternal rest on July 12, 2023, at his home.

When Brock entered this earthly world on July 11, 1995 the world became a little brighter, upon his passing it has dimmed for so many who knew and loved him. Brock will be remembered not only for his intelligence but his kindness and generosity. He was always willing to help others no matter how big or small their dilemma, and he did so before ever thinking of himself. Brock had recently become employed with amazon, and despite the obstacles he faced, he became one of their top producers. He was loved so many by his coworkers, as they cheered him on and gave him a safe space to thrive. Brock absolutely adored his cats and considered them family. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and hover boards right up until they broke, then he enjoyed finding ways to fix them. He loved music and jamming out with his family. Although Brock has left this earthly dwelling, he has most certainly left his mark on each and every person he had the privilege of meeting. 

Brock is survived by his parents, Tracy and Regina Hebert; sister, Kyla Hebert and spouse, Jory and their son, Brock’s nephew, Isaac Hutchinson; paternal grandmother, Sandra Opfer; maternal grandmother, Mary Sparkman; maternal aunts & uncles, Steve Sparkman and wife, Kelli, Julia Sparkman, Theresa Sparkman and Kenneth Sparkman; his paternal aunt & uncle, Melanie Meaux and husband, Scottie, their children and Brock’s cousins, Ashton Darby, Tanner Nix, Jacob Darby and Will Libby. 

Brock is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Billy Sparkman; and his cousin, Brittlyn Darby.
