Bonnie Jeffers

Opelousas- A Memorial Service for, Mrs. Bonnie Sue Fontenot Jeffers, will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Bonnie, age 56, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018. She loved spending time outdoors tending to her garden. Mrs. Bonnie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Dale Jeffers; sons, Brandon Jeffers and Johnny "J.J." Richard and wife, Glenda; daughter, Michelle Comeaux; brothers, Murray Fontenot, Jr., Jimmy Fontenot, Wallace Fontenot and Robert Fontenot; sister, Barbara Fontenot; grandchildren, Krystal Richard, Candice Comeaux, Christopher Comeaux, Cody Comeaux and Braelyn Comeaux; and great-grandson, Rylon Richard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Murray Fontenot, Sr. and Nolean Vidrine; and her brother, "Tiny" Fontenot.
