Barrett Soileau

Barrett, age 61, a resident of Ville Platte, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at his home. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

After high school Mr. Barrett went on to receive a BA in political science and a master’s in education from LSU in Baton Rouge.

He is survived by his sister, Melissa Soileau Hodlik (Bill) of Houston, Texas; Niece, Rachel Hodlik London (Bryce) of Houston, Texas; and great niece and nephew Olivia and Cole London.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Gordon and Kathleen Soileau; and his brother Lyndon Soileau.
