Anthony Dean Nugent

Grand Coteau - Funeral services for Anthony Dean Nugent, age 49, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2009, in the St. Charles Borromero Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the St. Charles Cemetery.

Mr. Nugent was born in Lafayette, and was a long time resident of Cary, N C. He died on Thursday, October 8, 2009, at Wake Med Hospital, in Cary, N C, surrounded by family and cherished friends. His life was short-lived but he affected the lives of many.

Anthony was a jack-of-all-trades: an Inventor, a carpenter, a plumber and a dynamite specialist to name a few. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother; and will be deeply missed and will always be in our hearts.

Anthony is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa Husband Nugent; 2 loving sons, Christopher Dean Nugent and Matthew Ray Nugent of Cary, NC; mother, Priscilla Alleman Huval of Lafayette; grandmother, Hilda Mom Alleman of Lafayette; sister, Annette Nugent Ardoin of Lake Charles. .

Mr. Nugent was preceded in death by his father, Harold Nugent.

Visiting hours will be observed in the Sibille Funeral Home on Sunday, October 11, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday. A rosary will be recited on Sunday Night at 7:00 p.m.
