Anna Louise Lalonde Zerangue

Opelousas Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Louise Lalonde Zerangue, 90, will be held at 10: 00 AM on Monday, September 24, 2007, in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel of Opelousas, followed by interment in the Holy Sepulcher Mausoleum.

Father Angelo Cremaldi will officiate the services.

Mrs. Zerangue, was a native and life-long a resident of Opelousas. She died at her home at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2007. She was the beloved wife of Sterling Zerangue, and a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by one son, Allen Zerangue of Opelousas; 3 grandchildren: Stacie Zerangue, Kevin Zerangue, and Brennan Zerangue and wife, Victoria; and two great-grandchildren: Nikolaus and Caleb Zerangue.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sterling Zerangue in 2006; her parents: Honore Lalonde and Edna Roy; four brothers: Adam, Joe, Ernest, and John Lalonde; and three sisters: Elzina Roy, Odile Moreau, and Felecion Toupee Zerangue.

Visiting hours will be observed on Sunday, September 23, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas. On Monday, visitation will continue at 8:00am until service time. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
