ARNAUDVILLE- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for, Amy Bergeron Stelly, at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville. Reverend Travis Abadie will conduct the Service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Stelly, age 88, a resident of Port Barre, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by sons, Leroy Joseph Stelly of New Iberia, Curtis Stelly of Port Barre, Rubin James Stelly of Port Barre; daughters, Carlene Stelly Daigle and husband, Dwight of Port Barre, Bernadine "Brenda" Smith and husband, Lonnie of Chipley, FL, and Dorothy Stelly of Port Barre; sister, Murphy Marks of Port Barre; 8 grandchildren, Stephanie Williams, Shane Stelly, Don Eric Stelly, Emily Stelly Carrington, Frankie Stelly, Jacob Benoit, Tracy Crutcher and Jody Garvin.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Adio Stelly; parents, Louis Bergeron, Sr. and Aleta Bergeron; son, Donald Stelly; sister, Hilda Bergeron; brothers, Curley Bergeron, Louis Bergeron, Jr. and Kermit Bergeron.

The family requests visitation be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until (open all night) at the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre.
