Opelousas– A Funeral Service will be held for Adam Courville on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Opelousas Bible Church of Opelousas. Pastor Vinson Tullos will officiate the service.
Adam, a native of Opelousas and resident of Washington, entered into eternal rest at the age of 55, on Friday, December 9, 2022, at his home with his wife by his side. Adam had a passion for drums, fishing, and squirrel hunting. In 2003, Adam committed his life and love to the Lord. He continued his love and his passion for the Lord until his death.
Adam is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Diane Courville of Washington, daughter, Julia Lejeune of Ville Platte, brothers, Clayton Courville of Opelousas, Milton Courville of Port Barre, and Billy Courville of Lafayette, sisters, Mary Singleton of Zachary, Beverly Chautin (Ronnie) of Opelousas, and Mandy Bergeron (Glen) of Opelousas, and a very special niece that more like a sister, Cristina Scott, grand dog, Cholo, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Adam is preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Berna Fontenot Courville, brothers, Tony Courville, and T-Melton Courville, sister, Bonnie Courville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. in the Opelousas Bible Church of Opelousas.
