My deepest sympathies to all of you. Ms. Belle was always so much fun when she came with Kate to Meetings with Grandma for Girl Scouts . She often brought things she used as a young girl or things she saw her parents use. She had a way of making history fun! She was such a fabulous homemaker and craftsman. I was totally amazed at all the dolls she made over and furniture she refurbished. She was truly a remarkable woman!!!

I fell in love with you and your beautiful family when I fell in love with your son Booger. Some of the happiest moments in my life were spent with you and your family. Marrying so young I learned more from you than you ever knew! You were an inspiring woman, and I will never ever forget you! Rest in peace and see you again someday.

Oh, my! So many fond memories of this wonderful lady and the fun times we had as children playing at the Durio home. One time, we had set up a fortune telling booth and I was the fortune teller. Miss Belle sat down to have me "look into the crystal ball." I solemnly said, "I see that you have twelve children." She VERY quickly corrected me and said, "Oh, no, honey, PLEASE, just ten."
