I am so sorry to hear of Donald's passing. Working for John Deere Company, I had the pleasure to call on his dealership. I really enjoyed getting to know Donald and his family. We seldom talked about John Deere business in length. We mostly talked about important things. Number one, family. We shared many stories about cars and fishing as well. By the end of our visits, Donald would simply recap what business I needed handled and he said it would be taken care of... and it always was. I am greatful that I got to know Donald. My best memories of Louisana include the Hollier's. He will be missed. I know God has a special place for him.

Don bought a 57 chevy from me that I had restored way way back.

We are saddened to hear of your loss. Mr. Hollier shared some interesting stories with us. We enjoyed his company at the camp in Pecan Island. He will be remembered as a great friend.

Don will be deeply missed by his many friends on the Louisiana-Texas Fishing Rodeo. He made friends wherever he went. His free spirit inspired everyone in any situation. He will always be remembered fondly.
